1. Who we are
roushan.xyz is operated by Roushan, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in the United States ("Roushan", "we", "us", "our"). Roushan operates the Roushan Venture Studio program (the "Studio") and the website at roushan.xyz (the "Site"). References on this Site to "the studio" mean Roushan, Inc.
2. What this Site is, and isn't
The Site is informational. Submitting an application, contact form, or any other inquiry through the Site does not create a contract, partnership, or any obligation between you and Roushan. Any partnership formalises only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
3. Application process
By submitting an application or message, you grant us permission to read it, retain it for our records, and contact you about it. You may request access to or deletion of your submission at any time by writing to hello@roushan.xyz. We will respond within a reasonable period.
4. The Studio model (informational only)
The Site summarises the Studio's intended terms in plain language: 10% revenue share for four years from the partnership effective date; no equity, no dilution; three-month minimum trial; up to $250K in third-party tech credits per builder, allocated as needed.
These summaries are informational. The binding economic and operational terms are set out in the partnership agreement signed by Roushan, Inc. and the builder. If anything in this Site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement governs.
5. Acceptable use
Don't submit fraudulent applications, automated submissions, or content that infringes third-party rights. Don't use the Site to distribute malware or to attempt to disrupt service. We screen for AI-generated slop and will reject obvious cases without further reply.
6. Intellectual property
All copy, design, code, and brand elements on this Site are owned by Roushan, Inc. or our partners. Don't copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Open-source components retain their original licences. Product names referenced on this Site (AudioPod, AIGateway, MailMolt, NameMyApp, Go2, UnQuest, ClawOcean, ChargeFind, and others) are owned by Roushan, Inc. or its affiliated entities.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roushan, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Past results don't predict future outcomes; portfolio activity is descriptive, not a forecast.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roushan, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
